D&C before fet?

Hi all, three failed FETs at 41 and was told at my scan for my last one to try a d&c as everything looks too thick (lining itself was only 7 though) Ive never been pregnant and was wondering if anyone else had had something like this done before a fet? Would a hysteroscopy give me some clarity in this? Thks for any advice!! X

Thank you for your reply, my gynae never mentioned it to me so I'm not sure, I think I'll book for a hysteroscopy first and see what comes back from that, a d&c seems quite invasive! Thanks again!
