HiI've had my 4th transfer today another good quality embryo so fingers crossed yet again.
This is my first natural FET and I'm having 3 doses of Ovitrelle. I wondered if anyone else has had this and also the progesterone pessaries? I haven't been given any this time as was told it should be needed as I've got the Ovitrelle. I wondered of this is normal practice?
Also anyone else starting the 2ww today?
Thank you ladies x

Dear Williamsgirl1, congratulations on your transfer! I hope it all went smoothly and you are feeling happy and optimistic! The clinic will be able to explain better what the Ovitrelle is meant to do and some ladies on here may well share your protocol but I suspect as you are doing a completely natural transfer your body would be producing all the progesterone needed to support the pregnancy. Any hCG given in addition would probably kind of trick your body into thinking you're definitely pregnant and amp up the progesterone production naturally but the nurses should be able to explain this. Did your clinic test your P4 levels today? Hope you'll get a really good night's rest and I pray that you will be able to enjoy this 2WW, I remember you felt quite anxious a few weeks ago. xx
HiYeah I'm feeling much more relaxed now, trying to remember that we can self fund another cycle if we choose to keep myself out of the last chance mind set, actually feel quite relaxed at the moment.
The clinic didn't feel extra progesterone was needed so I'm fine to go along with that.
Hi Williamsgirl. Just wanted to wish you all the best, and don’t forget the pineapple core! Ovitrelle is often used to keep the lining sustained. Diane
Hello, I am on this exact protocol for natural FET. Had 3 doses of HCG and my clinic have said they won't prescrbe progesterone until positive test as the hcg injections will help my body to produce enough. Its worrying nonetheless. I am 6dp5dt at the minute. Wishing you all the best xx
I am so sorry to hear that, this is such a rollarcoaster and can be so heartbreaking. Take care of yourself and I hope everything works out with a funded cycle. xxI think I have felt the most normal on this cycle, than both my previous fresh cycles. Although I have been really struggling with cramps this time, unsure if its the hcg injections. xx
