Happy transfer day

So today I had my first ever transfer (frozen) with a grade 4AB blasto (was apparently 4AA before thawing but still happy with that). I'm now on the never ending two week wait. I thought I'd be able to test in around 9 days time as my eggs were frozen at day 5 but this is the date I've been given so I'll stick to it. Just trying to relax now and back in work tomorrow as having time off would stress me out more in terms of getting behind in my work! Anyone else in the two week wait? What are you doing to keep yourself busy? Good luck to everybody else xx

Very best of luck to you. I think you’re right about trying to distract yourself over the next two weeks. The waiting is excruciating x

Were you always set on having 2 transferred? After this I have 4 more embies to try, I think we would put 2 back in if we reach the stage of only having the 2 left xx

We only had 2 fertilse so they recommended both to optimise our chances. How are you feeling? My boobs are soo sore

I don't feel any different at all. I had the transfer yesterday afternoon, hoping I'll feel something soon but I'm trying not to get too caught up in looking for the signs! xx

Same. I'm sure sore boobs are because of the progesterone meds.

Hi, happy for you. How was it? I am booked in at half 11 this morning. I to have blastocysts, embryologist has just rang the thawing went great but never told me what grade they are. I’m nervous excited. Just try and stay not stressed. If you have any advice let me know xxx

Good luck, I'm on my 2 ww as well, I've had IUI so slightly different but still have the agonising 2 weeks to wait. Trying to not think about it and carry on but obviously all I can think about is 'could this be the month' and slowly driving myself slightly crazy. I'm at work as well although my job is quite stressful so I'm worried about what effect that could have. I'm trying to keep level headed without letting my dreams run away and start living out scenario's in my head.

Ditto. I'm exactly the same. But sometimes it's nice to dream

I'm ok. Boobs are really sore today and mega thirsty and hungry. Apart from that pretty good. How are you??

I feel fine, literally don't have any side affects at all. I never have though, not with any of the meds I've taken previously.

I never have either but had my progesterone levels checked today at the clinic so will be interesting to see what they are. I think it's all drug related.

A big Good luck ashlou86!🤞🏻I can imagine these 2 weeks are the hardest part. I’m doing my egg collection on 19th. I asked them to put me in sleep for transfer as I’m so scared of the pain. How was yours? Xx

I thought the transfer was fine, I went for lunch afterwards. I was really ill after collection though. I had a mild case of ohss so was unable to try a fresh transfer and all my eggs were frozen. I don't think this is common though. I think most just have mild discomfort like a period pain. Hope it hoes ok for you xx
