Actually fighting with endometrial lining thickness issue could my lovely ladies tell me whether sidenafil citrate helps to increase endometrial lining thickness as i have recently listen about it do i go for it as now i am tried my pumping by blood by taking so many estradiol tablets

There is research to show sildenafil (Viagra) does improve endometrial thickness. You’d need to talk to your prescribing doctor about whether it is right for you. There is also some admittedly tenuous research to show high doses of vitamin E improve endometrial thickness. It definitely increases blood flow, that is well documented. xx

I always use Sildenafil for FET's and it seems to get my lining to where it needs to be along with 8mg of Oestrogen per day and a patch every other day xx

can’t offer any help with that one - but have you ever measured your lining on a natural cycle? I always struggled to get my lining thick enough on estradiol (just about managed to get 7.5-8mm max) but in a natural cycle I was on 10-11mm… x
