When to expect a period after FET

Hi, I’m currently 6dpt. This is my first IVF cycle but I couldn’t have a fresh transfer because of OHSS. A few days before I have my period, I normally have a bad stomach - not the usual period cramps, it’s more upper abdominal pains. I started feeling the same yesterday at 5dpt. Would it be too early to be my period coming? The wait is so hard.

Thank you!

hang in there, it is possible to get your period before test day but all the hormones can also mimic the start of a period so it could be that too. Good luck xx

Likely to be caused by the hormones you have taken and because this is a stressful time you are very aware of your body [ feeling all sort of different sensations] Try to keep yourself busy- maybe reread your favourite book

Good luck for the future
