The clinic should be aware of your weight when you are first referred and they should of check it when you first attended the clinic in person If still unsure check with your clinic/nurse
Take care

Hi my clinic do check your weight again after initial appointments before you start treatment fully ie stims. I’m not sure what the ‘drug appointment’ is at your clinic but they also check before prostrap injection for a frozen transfer and if it’s an nhs round that needs to be under 30 or they ask you to come back in 3 months. Once you are on the drugs though they don’t weigh you (for that purpose anyways May check again for the anethitist for egg collection though) xx
I’ve only ever been weighed right at the start of treatment. Good luck x
Yes my clinic always weighted me at start of treatment and also again after starting stims. If its an NHS cycle just be aware they could postpone your treatment if your BMI has gone above the threshold in my CCG it has to be below 29 lower than general NHS guidelines. The only cycle my BMI ever went just over the threshold was the only NHS cycle I had, it was below the threshold when I started the cycle. But at first appointment after starting stims it had just gone above the threshold and the nurse was horrible she gave me a massive lecture saying my cycle could be cancelled if my BMI didn't go back down by next appointment really stressed me out. Next appointment 2 days later a different nurse said we know meds can cause your weight to go up so we don't cancel treatment once you've started and didn't even weigh me so stressed and barely ate for 2 days for no reason! So if it is an NHS cycle just be aware they can postpone treatment if your BMI is above the threshold. Good luck x
