After initial success with IVF with my darling daughter conceived at 41 (super thankful and blessed), I have had a further 6 fresh cycles, achieving only one pregnancy with a medicated miscarriage on Xmas day. At the age of 44 I'm now moving to donor eggs.
I've researched clinics in Prague and had initial consultations with some, but all seem to have pros and cons. Would appreciate any advice or experiences for ones I've looked at or any others - including
UNICA
Pragnamedica (fertility port)
IVF Cube
Genett
Reprofit
As always, please PM so not to advertise.
Many thanks!
Hope everyone is doing well and good things happen in 2024! Xx

I’m currently having IVF at fertility port Prague and I feel so far they have been nothing but professional and supportive. I was recommended them from my friend who had a successful embryo transfer and is almost at her due date .
I’m also in my 40s and I’m trying my own eggs one last time and if not we will move on to donor. I can’t comment on the pros and cons of donor with them at this stage but the level of communication and care has been amazing. It’s definitely worth a trip out there and talk to them. Plus Prague is a beautiful city. The place itself is very modern, and you get blood test results etc the same day or the day after so everything is very quick and efficient and it’s in a good area. Hope this helps a little bit … feel free to pm me if you need any help. I’m out there in approx 11 days for my egg collection.
Thank you! That is my preference at the moment but I'm really struggling to get a response from the coordinator. Communication was great at first as it was through Pragamedica but then when I got transferred to the clinic direct I haven't had a single reply to my mesaages following my consultation Really frustrating as I'm so keen. Do let me know how you get on x
Awww sorry you haven’t got a reply as yet. I think they returned back to work after the Christmas break on 4th so may be on catch up … I can PM you the contact that I deal with if that helps at all?
Let me know how it all progresses and I will of course keep you updated this end too x
Thank you. Pragamedica do get amazing reviews and the coordinator is amazing but then you get passed to the clinic fertility port and communication hasn't been so great so far... X
Praga Medica was recommended to me by someone who got their baby boy with them(in early40s), Unica has a lovely coordinator she nearly made me regret not choosing them,I choose IVF Cube, had my initial exam and tests so far they seem ok, I postponed the treatement to Feb due to work so will be able to give you more details by end of Feb. I doubt their’s a big difference in all the clinics , trust your gut and go for it!
I'm trying to get a consultation with IVF cube but it is slow.
I'm put off by UNICA as they want the deposit before finding the donor and I'm worried I'll pay and then be disappointed with what they offer or the speed... X
I’m 45 and after IVF 3 cycles and 5 FET I am looking at giving it one more go abroad with my own eggs before passing to donors. I’m considering Czech Republic. If you or anybody in here can share some feedback I’d appreciate it.
