hi all, I had my day 12 endometrial lining thickness scan and it’s only on 5.96mm. I’ve been on estradiol since day 1. Sonography let said it’s less than where it should be and my clinic in Spain will reply tomorrow but I’m obviously stressing out now!
You’re welcome your thoughts on it. Thanks in advance

hello, sorry to hear you're experiencing this. I've had a lot of lining issues so I know the feeling!
Have you had difficulties getting a thick lining before? It can be different every month and it might be that this one is just a bad month if it's normally ok. I'm guessing if you're in Spain though you don't want to wait another month!
All the things I've tried are 2 x patches and 4 x progynova. Lots of raspberry leaf tea, hot tea after bottle and baby aspirin!
It's tricky to give advice about what to do. You really want the lining to be as thick as possible so if it is usually thick I would probably recommend waiting (if you can!). Will the clinic let you take more estrogen for an extra few days?
thanks Pebbles. It’s never been poor as such but it’s been 6 months since my last ivf try and I’m nearly 44, so I suppose it’s just down hill from here. This is a mock cycle before I have the actual round with DE so I’m glad that the doctors will know what’s what but it’s just so stressful and I feel completely helpless as I can’t control it really. Doing everything and taking everything I’m supposed to. I’ll try the raspberry tea - thanks for that. I’m told pineapple is also good, so will try that too.
I've heard nettle tea, hot water bottle/warmth and walking can help with lining thickness as it encourages blood flow to the uterus. Also the legs up the wall pose (if you look it up as a sort of yoga pose you should find it but it's just as it sounds really, laying on the floor with your butt by the wall and legs straight up it).
I've also heard pomegranate juice helps as one of the other ladies have mentioned and leafy greens like spinach are suppose to help too. Think it's vitamin E and K that do it.
