Spotting after egg collection

I had my egg collection last week and I was spotting after the procedure which was fading off every day so I thought it is not going to affect the egg transfer. However, the fresh transfer has been cancelled as my clinic said I am bleeding and the egg transfer will reduce my chances. That is fine, I accepted it. However, this was my 3rd punction and I was spotting after previous two egg collections and in my opinion this was even more severe but the transfer never been cancelled.

This makes me think whether the clinic did the right thing transferring my eggs instead of cancelling it and putting to freeze.

Has anyone had a similar situation?
