We still have our last chance aftrr 3rd failed ivf. And as of the moment we decide to take alittle break, and start again between april-may.Before i start IVf i been atking lots of vitamins prenatal vitamin, folic acid and vitamin D. I really dont know what to do for this last cycle to work out. Thjs is our last chance😭😭😭😭.

I dont smoke, or Drink. My work is so light, my husband just tild me to work part time and just stay home to relax. But still i wonder why it didnt work for us😢.

Is there anyone with the same story as we have. Its unexplainable.

Thanks for making a time to write me.It really help alot.

I will start all over again.

Now with extra caution.

I got a quick question

When you start your ivf treatment did you stop using perfumes, shampoo and condition with ordor.

My husband told me.we will start using odorless/natural soap and shampoo. And avoid as much chemicals,

Make up/ lipstick/ beauty products.

Maybe it will help to make my embreyo implant next time.

This was not discuss at my clinic..they just said lives nornal.

What do ypu think about it?

Yes do do the same..i stop using lipstick deodorant, and perfume.we change our shampoo and body wash to neutral no perfumes😢...thanks for the aadvice i will do the same...We ahve schedule again in May 2023.

Im still hoping..for now I relax and eat healthy and taking good care of myself.

I once think maybe we are not so lucky to have our own child. However we are also not open for adaption my husband told his mom. If its not ours then we have each other...I still feel sad😢..I will keep posting.

Now im taking prenatal vitamins and fish oil.

Thanks for writing, i really appreciate and glad that someone here is very supportive🥰

Hi, I’m really sorry to hear your 3rd round didn’t work. We recently had the same news and, like you, have one more try. We’re sticking with my eggs. I’m not sure when we’ll start again but we have a review meeting on the 8th Feb. I need to hurry really as I’m just 44. I don’t smoke and hardly drink any alcohol. I’ve also made changes to work so I’m calmer. I’ll take co q-10 and naturello(which is a preg. Supplement with folate). I started to look at shampoos etc, which were better so I might revisit this, but my consultant was clear that it’s a numbers game and it won’t nec hav an impact. It’s really hard having so little control, isn’t it? My plan is to keep focus on being healthy and try not to go loopy! This last round will defo feel more pressured anyway. Wishing you all the best with your next steps. 🍀👍x

We’re in a similar position. Had a mc over Xmas :-( it was our 4th round of ivf. We eat well, take vitamins. I’ve changed my job, so it’s less stressful. These are the things in our control but so much of it is not is our control. We were also told it’s a numbers game, to a certain degree. IVF is hard, gruelling and feels so unfair. It’s sometimes hard to muster positivity and hope, especially after losses. With regard to beauty products, I try to use as natural as possible but I don’t worry about it too much, in the grand scheme of things I don’t think it’s a massive priority, that’s just my opinion. Best of luck xx

I am sorry about your failed cycles, it is such a hard journey! Have you read 'It all starts with the egg'? Lots of helpful suggestions on food supplements and lifestyle changes. I did move away from scented shampoos, cosmetics and house cleaning products, as well as from plastic containers. Good luck with the next round and make the most of your well deserved break :)

Thanks for the knowledge info.Im doing the same.

I remember one time when me and my husband visit one of his friend, and hjs friend smoke alot, the house smells cigareetes, i told my husband but he dont believe it. I think its one factor...i try not to inhale it but i think i got some of it😢...next time i will just stay home and do nothing and no visits.

The outside environment has dull of chemicals😢
