Day 4 of stimulation - ovulation signs - just checking it's normal!

Hi all,

A quick question for a bit of reassurance in my first cycle!

I'm on day 4 of stimulation drugs (Rekovelle) and already having all the signs I usually get just before ovulation (EWCM, twinges, bloating and headaches). I'm thinking this is just the extra hormones surging round me but a bit worried about ovulating early. Should I be?

I start the cetrotide agonist tomorrow - which looks like a nightmare to prepare, but keen to start to avoid ovulation.

Clinic scan on Saturday but feels like an age away!

Any words of wisdom much appreciated

I was on different medication to you but I had the exact same worry a couple of weeks ago. People on here reassured me it was nothing to worry about, as did the initial. I actually got more eggs collected than I was expecting. They said it was a sign my body was reacting well to the medication. If you're worried please ring your clinic, they're there to answer any of your queries

Hi Mm, if I recall my first session, also with rekovelle, I did have more body reaction than the 2nd even with higher dose. It is also good to check with clinic and they might give you some extra reassurance.
