Back pain after egg collection?

Hey all,

We just had the egg collection on 16th and yesterday a fresh transfer. All seems well but last days have been struggling a lot with back pain. Doctor didn’t seem concerned but have any of you had this? Especially at night I just can’t seem to sleep more than an hour before waking up in agony.

Any advice/tips on how to relieve it?

It can take a couple of weeks for your ovaries to return to normal size. Make sure taking plenty of fluids so you do not become constipated as this will add to your discomfort. Also watch for any signs of urine infection [smelly cloudy urine] Try soothing bath and paracetamol before going to bed. If discomfort increases best, ask clinic for advice.
