so just wondered if I could get some advice. I started my round of ivf on buserlin however it was just not down regulating my body. It. Was like my body was fighting to be put into menaupause so I had to stop. Start again in December . The night I come off myself and partner did have sex and couple times after. 6 days after that I had a two day spotting which I was hoping to have a proper period. Sorry to be graphic but Iv had really watery discharge EVERYDAY! I’m waiting for period to come but nothing. I have done a test and it was negative so I’m just really confused. Has this ever happened to anyone or know what it could be!!!?

Hi KiteRunner. It can take a couple of months for your cycle to return to what is normal to you. Hopefully the discharge is due to oestrogen production, so all is probably righting itself. Buserelin does put you into a type of menopause state as it is switching off hormones, so your ovaries can be checked for cysts prior to stimulating them. Diane
