Period ache?

Ok, so we try not to read into every sign and symptom but for the last 2 days I’ve had lower belly ache (like you get just before your period starts) I am 11dp3dt. My usual period start date would have been Saturday/Sunday. So I’m assuming it could be my body adjusting to that not happening? Every morning I am feeling very hot (again, a sign I get before my period is due)

I guess I’m just looking for a bit of reassurance. But in reality, only time will tell 🤷🏻‍♀️

All the symptoms for pregnancy are the same as af. Try to view them as positive. Really hard I know. When is otd?

Good good. It's so hard and even harder to not check Google every 2 minutes with a different question or another. If you are on supper drugs (progesterone and oestrogen) they will mimic pregnancy symptoms too. I started having heavy boobs and felt tired but day after otd it all disappeared. Weird. Sometimes I wonder if things are all in my head too. Ha ha.

Yep I’m on progesterone pessaries. At first I def noticed heavy boobies but not so much now. I’m def starting to feel more tired. It prob is all in our heads, but after everything, who can blame us!!

Hi CLN1986. I am in the exact situation. My af start date would have been this past Saturday/Sunday and I am feeling the pain and discomfort like I would have my period coming soon. tomorrow is my test date. try as stay positive (I know is hard) as we cannot control this things. Only time will say. I wish you good luck and keeping my fingers crossed for you.xxx

Hi CLN1986. thanks for your good wishes. had a positive this morning. somehow i can't let myself jump of happiness as only now the worry will start (specially after my first loss). I am still very happy, but decided i will take each day as it comes. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you too. good luck.xx

I was in the same situation felt very much like my period was imminent however this morning was my OTD and I got a positive 😦

Best of luck for these last few days, They were deffo the worst of the wait for me but I think now i just got even more nervous!!

I haven’t really been thinking too much about it but when Themis ache appeared, it’s def made me more conscious of it.

I felt exactly like I do before my period arrives while in the 2ww. For me it was a positive sign, was totally shocked to see a BFP on OTD. Wishing you lots of luck. X

I wasn’t too bothered by the waiting, was quite happy to leave it a few extra days before I tested haha but now... just holding onto the positive thoughts! xx

I had period cramps before my test and it turned out to be a positive. I also get a night of insomnia before my period and I had this a few days before OTD so I was convinced it would be a negative. So cruel how pregnancy symptoms and period symptoms are exactly the same! Keeping fingers crossed for you xx
