Morning all , I’m about to start stims for our first IVF cycle. I’ve been taking the vitamins recommended in “It starts with the egg” book. I’ve actually given my copy of the book to a friend so don’t have it to hand… I was just wondering what the advice is post egg collection/transfer… does it advise to stop some of the vitamins or keep going? If I ever actually get to see a doctor at my clinic I will ask about it but just wanted to know what the book suggests !
I’m taking vitamin C, D and E, folic acid, NAC and ubiquinol.
TIA x

Hi Mrs_k. Usually ladies continue until 12 weeks of pregnancy, but do speak to your specialist when you can for his/her advice. Folic Acid and Vitamin D are most important. Hope all goes well. Diane
Ubiquinol up to EC day at least that's what I did as I took it to improve egg quality. For the rest just speak to your specialist. All the best of luck with your IVF 🤞🤞🤞🍀🍀🤗🤗🤗🌻🌻🌻
