Just bought the Book - 'It starts with an egg' by Rebecca Fett - anybody read this and found it useful?

Yes I've just read it. It was really good and based on a lot of research plus a little experience! It's worth a go! I can't say it's given me success yet as I only got it a few weeks ago but fingers crossed for us both!! x

Yes I did, I didn’t follow everything because I think I would have gone mad, but I took away some advice and tips xx

aw yes I think I would be the same if I took everything on board, like you, I will take tips and just be aware of what is being suggested and try things out where I can within my limits etc x

I took on board some tips, like taking ubiquinol, buying more organic, using less plastic and looking for paraben free products. But we have since found out that we have a male problem so, although there is a chapter for men, I don’t feel like I need to do everything!

That's good you took some tips from the book, I take COQ10 at present, but hearing lots about DHEA too, but I haven't been advised to take this, I think its easy to go crazy with what we read, I guess every little helps.

I asked my consultant about dhea and they said not to take as it’s not licensed in the UK.

oh really, I didn't know that, thank you that. I see so many ladies on here who say they take it so thought it was good to take, but my fertility dr said no too.
