Hi guys I’m back for my 8th donor egg transfer!

This time the clinic wants me to take deacapeptyl,I don’t know why as I havnt had a natural bleed for 10 years & my ovaries are already none existent!

Just wondering if anyone knows the best place to get this and the cost please 🙏🏽

Hi Staceywacey. Not too sure why you have been prescribed this, as it is usually given to prevent you ovulating. You need to speak to your clinic and find out why and where you buy it from. Apart from large supermarkets and the manufacturer, can't help further. Anyway, let's hope it does help and that this is your time, this time. Diane

I had a Decapeptyl injection which cost £99. I'm not sure of the dosage but I know it lasted 4 weeks - I hope that helps. Best of luck with your transfer.

Hiya I just had mine this morning mine was £70 but I got it in Spain and then used a private clinic in aberdeen for the injection xxx

Our clinic is in Spain, I got my GP to sign it for us and brought it to pharmacy, can’t recall the dose or price…poss £60.

Hi Staceywacey, I was also given decapeptyl on my cycles as my doctor said that will help with patients who has severe endometriosis or adenomyosis.
