Starting medication for egg retrieval

I’m about to start the medication for egg retrieval but unsure of when to start. I got my period on Friday but only full flow yesterday (Saturday) afternoon. I think it only counts as day one of your cycle from full flow but I wanted to double check. I’ve tried to contact the nurses but not heard back yet… Any thoughts based on your own experience would be welcome! Thanks

I was always told day one was full flow before 12 midday, full flow being consistent red blood. If it started in the afternoon I was told day 1 was then the next day - good luck!! x

Hi Cat. As most of us start our period late in the day, the first day is counted from full flow day, which is next day, so you work it out from that day. Good luck! Diane
