Ecotopic Pregnancy Numbers goin down very slow really panicking

Hi Ladies

Don't know who else to turn to. I had a Ecotopic pregnancy 20th June found out, they said my numbers were starting to fall so no medication needed, I started bleeding heavy on 24th July and almost a big lump came out so I was glad my body is starting to clear, went for another blood test today and my level is still 994 from 1100, does it take time for the levels to drop, i was hoping the levels would have dropped a lot since my bleed.

I am hardly bleeding now why are my levels still high, anyone else experience slow drop? feeling really scared and anxious today.

I’m so sorry to hear that. 24th was only 3 days ago so give it time, I would check in a month. Hope all goes well for you and you have your rainbow soon xxx

Hi I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Yep sometimes they can drop quite slowly and it feels like a life time to get below 4 and sometimes if you have the injection they told me they can go up a little before they start dropping. Just remember they are monitoring you and they’ll always be there if you are worried. Hope you’re doing okay x

Oh ok, I was so worried when I head it only dropped 200, I am trying not to take any medicine as I want to try and do naturally. its been a really hard few days keep crying, its been 8 years we been trying such a long time just cant see any light since this ecotopic. even worse I went to a gathering and kids were having a ice lolly and the woman was like its a mum thing she did on purpose around me, I said don't need to be a mum to have a ice lolly, people in family are very inconsiderate and rude knowing I don't have a child. I know in time I will get use to it just makes it worse knowing was so close little did we know whole time it was ecotopic. Next time will try the embroyo glue and do PGS Testing now. need to protect my body. Thanks so much. xxxxxx

Hi ladies very sharp unbearable pains not going on left side is this normal ? Hospital said no need for treatment as levels dropping plus iv bled but extreme sharp pains on the left.

I’ve had two ectopics and both ruptured. Your numbers going down is a good sign but doesn’t mean that it can’t or won’t rupture. When mine ruptured the pain was the most horrific pain I’ve ever experienced- literally writhing on the bed, unable to stand type pain. No amount of a highest strength cocodemol painkillers touched the sides.

If it gets to that point insist on going back to hospital

Thanks so much did you have bleeding after they had ruptured? I have a bad feeling maybe same is happening with me even on low numbers. But defo will request them to do a scan on Thursday see what's happening to my tube. 🥺🥺

I didn’t have any “external” bleeding at all - all internal

Are you still feeling the pain? Hope not. Agree with previous post that if your pain is really bad then go to the hospital, better to be safe.

Paracetamol and hot water bottle didnt do anything at all for me and I remember just lying on the floor for an hour or so before I could think straight and get myself checked.

It's weird I only have very slight brown discharge now but extremely bloated and stomach hard and sharpe pain on left as it was on my left I had the ecotopic, I was fine for 2 days then today started and I had ot on Saturday but no bleeding. I fell asleep today in pain for over 3 hours and didn't realise. I'm going for bloods on Thursday morning amd will be addressing the pain and will request a scan and get my left tube checked.
