Are blood clots during period normal??

Hi All , last year I had my surgery for endometriosis and they removed 2cysts and from past few months I'm passing few small and medium size blood clots during my 2&3 day of my period .I don't have any pain when passing clots but on my 2nd day of period I'm suffering from lower back pain and vomiting I can't eat anything for few hours untill vomiting stops .can anyone suggest any remedies on how to stop vomiting during period and does heatpad help with lower back pain during period & I'm actually starting to worry if blood clots are a sign that endometriosis or cysts are reformed.

I have stage 4 endo and I get heavy bleeding and clots. I think it’s pretty normal with endo and not a cause for concern but if your worried maybe just have a conversation with your gynaecologist.xxx

For me I'd have clots during my period
