Endometriosis/Adenomyosis and failed cycle

For those of you with the history of endometriosis/Adenomyosis, were u put on visanne or lupron while waiting for the second stimulation cycle to start for Egg retrival or you just let your period come as per normal?

I had three months of Prostrap injections it was awful with the hot flushes.. Sadly it still didn’t work for us however our embryos were untested so could be my age. My body was very reaction to the injections and the endo had gone after one month on MRI.

So sorry to hear that Katie. Is there any reason why you are testing your embryos? Cause I know that PGT testing could affect your embryos as well...

Oh so it's compulsory? In Singapore we are encouraged not to unless it's repeated implabtajln failure. Haiz. So are u going to try again?

In second stimulation cycle they put me on lupron abt 1 month before coming

Hi thanks for replying. I thought lupron jab will last for 6 months? Then how did u prepare for your second cycle ? Will the supplements u take have effect if u are on lupron?

Yes, they put me on follic, vitamins but i don't think that made a huge difference, its tottaly depend on your body, how much it can take. In my first cycle they were saying there are almost 15 to 16 follicles, but i got covid before a day of egg retrieval so they cancelled my whole cycle, in both cycles they put me on lupron for almost one month, but in second round there were only 7 follicles, so i cant say much about the supplements.

My first cycle they said 13-15. End up only 7 retrieved and 1 fertilised. Did u manage to get preg?

Yes currently i m 16 weeks.
