I’ve been reading ‘It starts with an Egg’ and purchased Coq10 from Amazon (nutravita brand). I only took 2 tablets and came out with quite a sore looking rash on my face. Realised after its a side affect. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, did you discontinue use and try something else?
I’ve completed 4 cycles and 5 transfers with no luck. I’m now trying to prep my body and see if I can improve my eggs for another round of cycles, hopefully with a different clinic. Any suggestions for 40 year old women would be welcome, thank you x

I’m in a similar boat to you, 4 transfers of 5 embryos and no luck unfortunately.
I have 1 frozen left and they are looking to change a few things up this time with immunotherapy. Not sure if many people on here have had success stories with that approach.
Good luck with your last embryo. I’ve not heard of immunotherapy before.. I’ll look into it. I’m trying to find another clinic atm to get a second opinion and maybe try a different protocol.
