I’ve just started my 1st and final round of FET. I had my first ivf round in 2018 and I now have a DS, I am now trying for my 2nd. I have pcos so have had to have a short stimulated cycle. Had my lining scan on Friday and it’s measuring 12mm. Started my cyclogest and injections and transfer next Thursday. Any success stories after being pregnant after 1st one and being successful again with a FET?

That’s great news! I literally just have one try as only one embryo was good enough to freeze after I used the other on my first normal ivf cycle. Don’t want to build my hopes up but I’m still a mum if it doesn’t work.
Hi, yes, me - I’ve only had one round of IVF, in 2017, got three good quality embryos. The first is my now almost 4 year old little boy. The second I had transferred in August last year and is now my almost 3 week old little boy. One still on ice too. I’m very aware of how incredibly lucky we’ve been to have only two transfers and have them both work, we never expected the second to work to be honest. Best of luck for your transfer 🍀🍀🍀x
Amazing news! Did the hospital say anything about your chances for an FET to work after a successful first round of IVF 4 years ago? I got told it’s 1-in-3 chance and it proves I’m able to implant. So I’m hopeful. Thanks!! X
I had a freeze all cycle in Jan 2019 due to overstimulation and then and FET in May 2019 which resulted in my now 2 year old daughter. We went back for our second FET in March 2022 and I am now 14 weeks pregnant. It feels way too good to be true but we had 2 successful first time transfers so it does happen! I always searched all the forums for someone this had happened too as I just couldn’t believe it but it does! Good luck! 🍀
Huge congrats! Did they give you any % chance of success after having your baby first time round? I have been given 1-in-3 chance but becos I took first time round I thought the chance would increase x
