Medication and delayed IVF cycle

Hello! Just a quick question about medication as I r picked up all my meds as were due to start our first cycle on 6th June but my body doesn’t seem to like that idea and I’ve been spotting for the last week and a bit so I’m guessing we’ll have to push it back a month. Has anyone else had to do this and will I still be alright to use the medication I’ve already collected? Typical of my body to not do as it’s told! Thanks 😊

Hello Ziggy,as long as it won't go to a full flow now you should be ok. I had a situation like that last time, I started spotting 2 weeks before my period date, but it didn't go to a full flow, so we could stick with an original plan.

thank you, I take the pill back to back so I started spotting when I should have had a period so hopefully we can just go ahead as usual x

Thank you! I only picked them up on Wednesday so would be a waste if I had to get new medication. I’ve spoken to my clinic and they think we’ll go ahead as planned 🤞🏻 Thank you 😊
