You have all been so helpful with me so far, but it seems that my need to ask questions is not over yet.

I had my second FET with a 5 day hatching blastocyst on the 24th of April and the OTD is this Sunday. I tested 5 days after transfer and it was a BFN, same after 6 days so I felt it hadn’t worked though continued to take progesterone as instructed by the clinic. The test was clearly negative 7 -8-9 days after transfer. Yesterday morning 10 days after transfer on an early detection clear blue we both saw a shade within the 3 minutes timeframe. We ruled it out as a faulty test. Today I felt painful cramping and stretching in the womb which I think must be due to all the progesterone I am taking. We tested again just now (11 days after) and again an almost invisible blue shadow appeared within the time frame (so light I can’t even take a picture). I don’t think an embryo can be implanting this late so do you think it’s a chemical that it is only just showing ? Could it be an ectopic? Is it a faulty test ?

I had just started to come to term with the fact that the cycle failed and this is playing with my emotions…

Hello lovely. The clear blue tests aren’t that reliable: can give an evap line that looks like a positive. Maybe try a first response early response? They are the most sensitive by far. Xxxx
