Menopur treatment after secondary amenorrhea

Hello,

I'm starting today my 4th cycle of menopur. I started very gradually from 37IU to 150IU in the last week.

I had secondary amenorrhea for almost 3 years due to anorexia and over exercising. Now i'm at an healthy weight and my body fat % is finally getting to 19.

My follicols really don't want to grow over 10-11mm and my hormones are still basically absent.

Anyone that went through a similar situation and can give me some advice or a little bit of hope? I trust the process and my gyno, but i'm starting to feel very down.

Hi Maarpv. Well done for achieving a normal body weight. I was just wondering whether the Menopur cou;d be causing the way ypu are feeling. Make sure you srink plenty of water which may hekp. Good luck! Diane

Hi Diane. Thank you so much! Yes, i read that menopur can give that problem, so i try to drink plenty of water.

What i ment is that i'm starting to struggle a bit mentally, it's difficult to keep positive seeing that my body is still not responding to the treatment
