Should I hope?

37yrs. All checks came back ok without an explanation of why I haven’t conceived naturally so far. 1 follicle responded to stims - meriofert, 1 egg retrieved, fertilised and developed fine and embryo transferred after 5days. I’m now in day 5 after the transfer. I was so cautious I didn’t leave the house for 4 days and tried eating as much fruit and veg as I could. Chocloate is involved too. I want to go out and enjoy the sunny weekend and eat out and have a Pepsi! Is there any reason to be hopeful? I’m hoping this is not insensitive to any of you girls. Wishing everyone all the luck in the world Xxxx
