Hello everybody. I feel I’m ready to rejoin this community of wonderful women now after building myself back up. Going through our TFMR was one of the worst times of my life and then my dad died 2 months later so I was very glad to say goodbye to 2021.
We are now extremely lucky as our UK clinic has connected with another fertility clinic abroad and so we have bought frozen donor eggs through them and had them shipped over here. So far, so good as all our 14 eggs survived the thaw, 9 fertilised with our known donor sperm and we have 4 day 5 blastocysts and 2 day 6 blastocysts currently going though PGT-A testing. We are hoping to get the results this coming week.
We are hoping and praying that this is our time now and that we have a successful pregnancy soon. I will keep you all updated and hope you are all feeling calm and happy today 💖🙏🏻

I am not surprised that you were ready to turn your back on 2021 after all you went through. A TFMR followed by the loss of a parent, there are not words - I am very sorry. I too suffered TFMR as you'll possibly recall from another post, so I do understand the loss associated with that side of things and the complexity of emotion.
I want to wish you well with your testing. Its a challenging time waiting to find out the results but I think when you suffer a TFMR you naturally want to try and do what you can to avoid that indescribable situation ever again. It sounds like you are going in with promising number of blasts which is always a bonus xx
So sorry that 2021 brought you so much pain & loss. Well done for building yourself back up after that and getting back on the IVF rollercoaster. That must have taken such strength! Sounds like you have a great chance with 6 blastocysts. Wishing you the very best for your PGT-A results and hoping that you get your rainbow baby very soon lovely 🌈 xx
I'm so sorry about your TMFR and your dad. Utterly heartbreaking 😔 I really hope this is your time! 💗
Would it be possible to PM me the name of your clinic please? Donor eggs might be our next step and I would like to explore the option of doing it via a UK clinic. I haven't heard of that before. Thank you so much!
Wishing you the very best of luck with your treatment xx
