Pretty sure I’m out

I’m 6dp5dt there was the tiniest bit of blood when I wiped this morning more like when it’s a tiny bit pink. I know it can happen and be implantation but I just feel like I know my body this is what happens every month before AF arrives and I am due on Saturday. I’m so disappointed I won’t even make it to test day I don’t think, it’s so gutting. Is there anything I can do re progesterone to stop a bleed happening? Obviously I will carry on taking it until Tuesday but could I increase it or something?

Infertility is the worst!!

Look after yourself- rest when you can - have a good & varied diet -drink plenty of fluids - make sure you speak to your other half this can be a good support for both of you at this stressful time If given any meds continue as directed with them Thinking of you & good luck with OTD

Hoping this was just a bit of bleeding and may have stopped by now 🤞 I know how horrible it is to see blood in the 2ww 😪 xx

Thank you it’s definitely AF on the way the weird thing is I knew this would happen before I even got the test day due to how my cycle usually is so I don’t know how it can be addressed in the future wether I would need higher progesterone or what. So disappointing xx

Oh no 😢 I'm sorry. Did you have progesterone tested on transfer day? Are you on pessaries or injections? Xx

Thank you 😔 No I didn’t have a test I wish I had I don’t think it’s something my clinic offers but I will insist on it next time. I’m on pessaries 800 per day xx

Sadly full flow today. Doesn’t put me off trying again as we got much further this round then ever before, no Frosties unfortunately. But I definitely knew I’d start bleeding so I think I need to insist on progesterone test next time I don’t know if there are any other tests I need to do. I remember when I initially started my infertility investigations and went to the doctors they did my bloods on CD21 and she said whatever she was looking for was low but I can’t remember what that was for x

Hi Bluedestiny,I'm so sorry to hear that it didn't work out for you. Let's hope the next round will be the lucky one!

I just want to share with you my experience. Each time when I didn't get pregnant, either by FET or by fresh IVF, my period arrived before OTD. We tried a cycle with extra progesterone (expensive Lubion injections) and this cycle I also didn't get pregnant, but period was delayed until I stopped taking progesterone at all. So in my opinion, at least in my case, it is not matter of progesterone, but that embryo simply doesn't implant, that's why I get period before OTD. I will not use Lubion again as I don't see it beneficial, it was expensive, painful, plenty of bad symptoms.
