Bleeding during 2WW

Has anyone experienced bleeding after an FET whilst still on oestradiol and progesterone? I thought that would stop periods. I am 11dp5ft, had a BFN. The clinic said to test again in 7 days but I'm bleeding. The irony is I don't get periods so not sure what this is! I've tried to contact them but they aren't picking up, I think storm Eunice has left them short staffed. And advice please

Yes, I bled twice before my OTD test, even though still taking progesterone. That happened even when I had extra Lubion (injected progesterone). So I think it's normal if the embryo didn't implant.
