I always knew this was a possibility but I cannot believe how utterly heartbroken and crushed I am, we’d come so far as well 😢
Just looking for a bit of support, I know so many of you have gone through similar, I thought I was ready for this outcome but I’m beyond devastated and can’t stop blaming myself.
Ohh hunny! You don't have to blame yourself. I know like many other girls here that you did everything possible for that little embryo to stick. You were careful what you eat, drink and do around the house. But when life doesn't want to do what we want it's sad and we're left heartbroken. Cry as much as you want but you have to get up and try again because here we're Wonder Women that don't quit easily!
So sorry you’re going though this. I’ve been here myself so I completely understand your devastation. Please do not blame yourself...this is no ones fault. You have tried and that’s all you can do. Please be kind to yourself. I hope you have some support around you or can speak to someone about what is going on. Give yourself time to grieve. I know things feel very raw right now but you will be okay. Thinking of you today x

I totally understand you, been through it time and time again. It really is not your fault so do not go there. It's just an unfair situation. Take your time to feel, cry and put yourself first. Then when you feel ready and if you do, you can try again. There is always another try to look forward to. That's what keeps me going but in this moment I usually take a break from IVF as I need it and I feel stronger then for the next cycle. You could even plan a nice short break which will take your mind off it.
Hey love I understand what you are going through, I was completely heartbroken too and cried for days and still feed very sad about it. Give yourself time to mourn, try and book some nice things to cheer you up and think about/ plan next round. That la what helped me. So sorry for what you are going through but it will get easier.
