Hi all, me again (now that i've signed up all i'm going to do is ask questions lol).
I'm having the worst time with my clinic so thought I would ask the question whilst I look into other clinics.
Can you please let me know which clinic you used in the UK. If you would recommend them and why/why not. And if you were successful in growing your family with their help.
Thank you x

We aren’t supposed to post names of clinic on here but I can pm you my clinic I used in London if you like? We also had a bad experience with our first clinic which was more local to us but were really happy when we switched. I have my 13 month old daughter and I’m 16 weeks with my second from one round with them xx
Hey doll. Oh no, sorry I had no idea because I didn't see anything on the guidelines re this other than don't promote your own business. Arggh congratulations on the latest bump! So pleased you found somewhere that you were happymA private message would be great please x
Hi there Missy, I had a bad experience with Ivi London and a great one with Zita West. Ivi didn't run any tests on me (Nk, Era etc) though I had no previous issues conceiving naturally so they had me do 2 cycles which both failed and called it a number game so they were expecting me to continue doing cycles with them with no changes. Thank God I changed to Zita West whose approach is that if a cycle fails you need to find the reason and here I am pregnant and with another healthy embie in the freezer at 43 yo. Good luck with what you choose xx
Hi Jols. Thank you for sharing your experience. It's really crazy how everyone has such different experiences because I have come across a few people who have had great experiences with IVI. I definitely need a clinic who want to investiagte issues further rather than doing what my current clinic does which is keep everything the same and just hope it works! Congratulations on your pregnancy! Wishing you all the best x
Thank you Missy! Yes we all have different experiences, that is the beauty of comparing notes on this forum! I hope you find the clinic that works for you and for your dream to come true xx
You could use HFEA [Human Fertilisation & Embryology Authority] web site -this is the governing body that oversees all fertility centres in the UK - to research for a new clinic There is a link Find a clinic near me just put in your postcode to access this information
You could also anonymously rate the clinic that you are unhappy with on this same page
Thank you for your message. I did use the HFEA website to select my current clinic, however, have now realised it isn't detailed enough and peoples personal experiences would probably help me a little more when it comes to which clinics to short list.
