I underwent IVF abroad, and had 1st time success with my clinic. If you might want to know more details, pm. However, there are a few brilliant sites such as eggdonationfriends or whereivf where you can check out reviews of IVF clinics in Europe. Fertility clinic in America was a big disappointment and ridiculously expensive. Did IUI, not IVF, but they were just awful on every level.
