Hi Nicolab. You need to waait until your period returns to what is normal for you. It can take up to 3 cycles to be "you" again, but hopefully it will sort itself out sooner. So sorry the cycle failed this time. Diane

Thank you Diane, I was hoping this month they would be back to normal. I feel all the medication is out my system. No more night sweats or hot flushes which is great that was the worst part. That was my 3rd cycle my journey of IVF has come to an end we have been trying for 7 years 3 rounds of ICSI with low amh and sperm mortality issues. I can’t afford to throw any more money at it and pump my body with anymore drugs to be left with nothing. There will always be what if but I have to find peace with it. Nicola x

Hi Lovely. So sorry your last cycle of IVF failed. It's so hard. I completely sympathise with the feeling that you've got to draw a line. The money alone is just unbelievable, and most of us just can't afford to do it forever 😢 I've read lots of posts on natural cycles being late after your IVF withdrawal bleed. I just finished an IVF cycle where we had to freeze the embryos. I started my period after that initial bleed on the expected day, but it's defo not a normal cycle for me! Been waiting for ovulation for days! Usually see about 3 days of 'high fertility' then fry the LH surge around CD 13 or 14. This cycle it was CD 19, had the 'high fertility ' symbol since CD 9. So it can definitely just go all to pot sometimes. Hoping it starts soon and you can return to some normality xx
