How much did you spot after ERA? How long did it take for AF to arrive?

How long after your ERA did you get your AF? And did you bleed much after your ERA?

I had my ERA on Monday and only had light spotting. Then on Wednesday which was roughly when AF was due I woke up with slightly more so I thought my AF was coming but then nothing much the rest of the day. The same thing happened yesterday morning but nothing throughout the day. Again this morning but it's definitely not the same as my normal AF. Is this normal? Is AF lighter than normal after an ERA?? Is it delayed? How long did you spot for? This is so confusing.

Anyone? Was your af normal after ERA? Or do I have to wait a while month to start my FET? This spotting is confusing me and I don't know if it's af or not because it's really light!

Hi Fingerscrossed, I had my ERA on Friday and they told me to expect AF within a few days. I started spotting last night with my usual cramps (~36 hours after last Cyclogest) and now AF has started. I think everyone is different though with processing the progesterone... for me it took 4 days after my last PIO shot in my last fresh cycle for that to wear off and my period to come. Initially I thought I’d do my FET this cycle but the Consultant told me Friday I needed to wait til the next since I was doing the whole EndomeTRIO test and they needed the results to come back. I’m sick of waiting but get the logic that if it is something bacterial I’d have to wait anyway for the antibiotics / probiotics to do their thing so doesn’t make sense to subject myself to more meds in the meanwhile. I'm also getting the trio test. They say 10 days for results so hopefully on Friday I'll have them...

I was told I can do fet this cycle as the results will be back before.

Dr also got me to start vaginal probiotics on day 2 of cycle as a precaution. I'd just so hard to know when day 2 is because my period is so different after the ERA. It's not as heavy as usually is...so frustrating.

Ah that makes so much sense to have you on the probiotics just in case. I wish my clinic had done that. I hope it all goes well for you!

Hi!

I did the TRIO test on Wed so waiting for the results. Did not bleed or spot much at all. Intend to start our next FET cycle as soon as AF arrives. Hope all goes well for you!

Great I hope you get some answers.

I ended up having a very heavy period that lasted longer than normal...

Starting to do my FET now just got to get my lining a but thicker so hopefully on around 10 days. My era came back that I need 12 hours extra progesterone before transfer and my Alice test came back low so need virginal probiotics which luckily I've been on since day 2. Emma came back normal thankfully xx
