Just wondered if anyone has had treatment abroad and how they managed the moving timelines with work. My clinic have been really vague about when I need to go out and for how long. I've booked 2 weeks off from the 10th day of my cycle, but the clinic are now saying I need to be out there from day 8. I can possibly move the dates forward, but not back, as my boss is off directly after me and I have to cover for him.
Also, I am having a hysteroscopy and wondered if this could impact period dates?
Any info/recommendations welcome.
Thanks

My clinic was 5000 miles away, but I don't work so that wasn't an issue. The main issue is to stay on time with the meds. It's super important to take them at the same time and not be late. You have to account for the difference in time zone.
I also had a hystroscopy. I decided to implant our embryos 20 later so it wouldn't mess up my cycles. I knew I could potentially be waiting for months after the surgery for my cycles to be on time again. I didn't want to do that. I already had to wait a year for my cycles to be predictable again after egg retrieval. It's difficult to book a trip when you don't know what your cycles are doing.
Thanks for the reply. I hadn't factored in the time zones and meditation. I have also waited a year since my last retrieval. I'm hoping the hysteroscopy doesn't impact timings, as I'm usually bang on 28 days.
