Hi. Sorry to hear you are feeling so bad. Have you spoken to your employer? They might be able to adjust your workload to make things more manageable. I also tried the travel bands but not sure if they help me personally.

Until week 13 I struggled, you can ask your GP for medications that can ease your sickness. They proposed me but I refused, even though I was sick all day I could eat and keep the food in. Congratulations on your pregnancy đź’–

Hey. Week 9 was the worst for me and then it started to improve. By week 11 it was almost completely gone. I’m 16 weeks now and only get nausea if I’m super tired. You’re 9 weeks now, you can see the light!! You got this!

My sickness last till my third trimester. I have to take medication to help. My vomiting comes from my severe heart burns which causes my gastric juice to come up. Now in my third trimester i vomit way less but if i do my nose start to bleed. The Good thing i don't work so i get to ride it out at home plus i vomit and urinate up myself so that would be embarrassing.

Congratulations first of all but wow it was rough the first 14 weeks for me then around 16 weeks it eased off. Try the sick bands you know the acupressure ones? They work amazing for me in car or on boat etc but they defo took the edge off it for me x

I’m currently 25 weeks pregnant with twins. I also work and have a three year old. My sickness started at 7 weeks and got progressively worse. I couldn’t keep anything down and due to that I was incredibly tired and weak. I told my employers I was pregnant with twins and called my drs as soon as I felt it was too much to cope with. I was signed off work regularly (I think I took 8 weeks off) and the drs tried four different sets of meds before I found the one that worked best for me. The sickness has unfortunately come back again but no where near as severe as the early days and not bad enough to need meds this time. Call in sick, get as much help as you can and rest up, your body needs to be looked after at this time. In severe sickness ginger etc won’t do a thing and the best port of call is your gp. Mine were so understanding, I truly thought they’d dismiss me and tell me to get a grip. Thankfully I was very wrong. Sickness in multiple pregnancy is way worse that single pregnancy’s and drs are very aware of this.

Good luck and keep us posted xxx
