Hi Ladies:

I have been eating brazil nuts and Pom juice and even raspberry tea leaf for lining. Do I continue those?? Any other tips or advice. I had my french fries 🍟 haha

All the best to all of you xoxo

Good luck 🍀

I would stop the raspberry red leaf tea now, and continue with Brazil nuts and pom juice (I didn’t actually do those for my fourth transfer but they’re healthy so may as well continue!)

I just ate lots of nutritious healthy and warming foods like broths with kale, I ate avocados and eggs and other protein foods. But I also enjoyed a snack here and there too if I fancied it!

Keep your feet warm if you’re prone to cold feet, and just take it easy as much as possible! Go for gentle walks fo keep moving, but don’t do anything too strenuous that you’re not used to. I made sure I was watching my favourite comedies to keep me laughing too!

And don’t symptom spot during the TWW, it will drive you a little stir crazy but not everyone gets symptoms and medication can also be the cause too.

Wishing you lots of baby dust 🍀 xx

Hi, go buy a big pineapple, chop it lengthways into 4 quarters, making sure you keep the core. Then eat one quarter a day. The bromeline in them is meant to help implantation. Good luck xx

Thanks! I am on blood thinners too so I am reluctant to eat too much pineapple. But gonna eat some for sure!

I was told not to eat the pineapple when in blood thinners as it acts as a similar thing! Xx

Nothing really hun. Unless you're jumping out of planes, in which case, please stop. 😅

Don't put any additional pressure on yourself. It's nothing really you can do. It's all about embryo quality and a bit of luck.

[Things like progesterone and blood thinners help if you have specific health conditions.]

Bestest of luck ❤
