what sort of foods do I need to eat post transfer? I've seen conflicting views on here and now I'm confused?

I'm thinking Spinach & pineapple so far... (not together πŸ˜‰)

I would say a slice of fresh pineapple every day (including core) for the first 5-10 days is the most common. I also ate lots of protein and just generally tried to be healthy and cut out junk food.

Hi suki84, apparently lots of protein helps during your 2 week wait. Drink plenty of water to. Remember to rest and stay stress free. Good luck for sat. Fingers crossed you have some eggs to freeze to xx

Don't forget folic acid and pre natal vitamins! And lots of water.

slice of pineapple a day for 5 days including day of transfer, (i've had my last slice this morning) protein, brazil nuts, room temperature drinks only, vitamins and balanced diet

Protein and dairy, I'd recommend Danio yogurts! I ate one every day for the whole cycle and I swear it was the yogurts. Good luck xx
