Hi, my periods have been like clock work since coming off to mirena coil more than a year ago, we’ve been trying for a baby but not succeeding. I decided to start pregnacare conception 4 days before period due date. My period is now 3 days late and I’m very worried and negative test

Hi Harrieet. Pregnacare pre-conception vitamins and minerals will not "get you pregnant", it enssures that hopefully you are reeivingt the correct vitamins etc needed for conception, especiaslly Folic Acid and Vitamin D. Diane

Hi harrieet, personally I stopped taking these because like you I was like clockwork before taking the pregncare then during taking them I was late then really early I had odd things with my digestion, stopped taking them and stuck with vit d and folic acid like my consultant reccommended and my cycle went back to normal. Can't say it was 100% the pregnacre and as you have only took them for a short amount of time might be worth seeing what happens but I have read on here a few women having the same experience. X

Thank you for replying! I have now come on period for 2 days only but it was very heavy and now it’s suddenly stopped. I took a pregnancy test and I can honestly see a line but then I took a digital one straight after that said negative so my minds all over the place. It’s just a horrible feeling especially because I feel I can’t speak to anyone about it X
