It was when the progesterone was added that I felt more tired and bloated etc . Itβs pretty straight forward really, almost seems too good to be true π Enjoy the lack of needles, rest, eat well a d drink lots of water ππππππ All the best π
The same is true for me. I have had no side effects from taking estrogen. I fully expected to but they never materialised. As the previous poster has said try and enjoy the lack of needles and remain as calm as you can. Try and get out for some walks to help relax you and also good for blood flow π
Hi lovely. I've been on progynova for over a week and started my progesterone yesterday. My FET is this Thursday! Honestly I haven't noticed any side effects of it. Progesterone usually gives more side effects for me, like slightly sore boobs. But so far not much to report!Hope you can keep busy and relaxed in the lead up to transfer, I am trying to do the same. Lots of water and healthy food, walks, early nights. Good luck xx
I have been on Progynova since egg collection, about 6 weeks ago now. No side effects.
