IVF 5 day frozen blastocyst transferred.

I had a BFP a week ago. But then this morning around 1:48am, I bled heavily with a large clot. I had my underwear changed and had on a pad. The pad is still dry with no blood on it. I tend to spot only when I wee.

3 blastocyst was transferred. Three was thawed with the hope that 2 will make it but it turned out that all three made it. I really don't know what's going on. Fingers crossed for me. Any advice please.

Lots of women have experienced bleeding, some heavy, and it’s scary for them but to their surprise they have found all well at their scans. Hopefully that’ll be the case for you. It’s a possibility that you had more than one implant and the bleeding could be down to that but the good thing is, is that it’s slowed right down xx

Thank you. Hopefully that will be the case for me. My scan is in two weeks. Fingers crossed.

So scary for you! You could try contacting your clinic to let them know what has happened and ask if they would check your beta hCG 48 hrs apart. This is the best way in early stages to check that things are on the right track. Fingers crossed all is okxx

Hey, congratulations on your BFPs! <3 It's good that you are considering the clot positive at this point. Like the PP said gestation and minimal spotting goes hand in hand... there's nothing to really be dreading yet. As long as it's just spotting and it doesn't get any heavier you're still pregnant. I personally know a couple of women in the family and friend circle who was panicked over the spotting but it was alright in the end. I know its only natural to be scared when you see even a drop of blood when you're pregnant... but don't be. When did you get a BFP? People say with twin transfer because the HCG rises more you tend to get early blazing red BFPs. So I assume with triplets on board you'll be able to find some more symptoms to reassure yourself. Just relax and try to stay optimistic everything else will be just fine. :)

Hi. Thanks. I got my BFP on 23rd March. The heavy bleeding only lasted for about 5 to 10 mins with a large clot. I've been spotting very minimal. My fears Matty is that i have lost all the symptoms I had. I have been trying for about 15 years. Just turned 40. I couldnt hold back But cried this morning because I don't know what's going on. All I was told was to rest till my scan on 15th April. I want to do a private scan to check because I am worried. I am between 4 - 5 weeks. IVF calculator says 5 weeks and 4 days. So don't know which is which.

Thank you so much for letting me know that I wasn't the only one and that people have gone through this before with a happy ending. I'll hold on to that.
