Anybody going up for transfer end of September time?

I will be going to London around the 20th September for our frozen embryo we have 5frozen at day 2 so we must hope we have a healthy embryo for day 5 to be transferred. .. what are the chances it will be good news on 1st transfer ?excited and nervous it's a roller coaster of emotions
