Anyone here carry to term with own eggs 42+?

I am just feeling worried that this is impossible. I'm 42 and 5w2d, with low and slow HCG. Had a loss in the spring. I'm just feeling like all the over 41 successes I see on here are with DE. Please share if you've had a live birth with own eggs over age 41, thank you xoxo

Thanks Cinderella!

LuxFleur - I turned 44 in March and gave birth to my LG in May. We conceived her through ICSI on our 4th round of IVF after a MMC on the 2nd round. Happy to chat and answer any questions just send me a DM. If you look at my posts you’ll be able to read some of my story - it was a long tough journey and worth it! xx

Not me, but my friend is pregnant at 41 with her own eggs after struggeling for 7 years, she's 20 weeks pregnant now with a boy and a healthy pregnancy! Best of luck to you 🍀❤

I'm 42 and 30 weeks pregnant. After failed IVFs due to extremely low AMH, I got pregnant naturally. I did go through 2 chemicals and one blighted ovum prior to catching this good egg. I remember the time between BFP and viability scan being the hardest. Way worse than 2ww. And even then, until I got the 12 week tests results back, I refused to believe I was actually pregnant. In fact, I'm still struggling at 30 weeks to believe it's real. I have no names picked out and nothing ready for baby yet. I should also add that I was ready for a DE and had a transfer for DE embryo scheduled overseas but found out about the pregnancy right before. Don't beat yourself up. You gave it your best shot.

I mean, I am pregnant right now! Not ready to talk about this baby like I've already lost them!

I work with a lady that had her first at 41 and had her second at 43. Her husband is 11 years younger than her and they started trying for a baby when she was 40. She fell pregnant naturally the first time and used IVF to speed up the process for the second baby.

Hey, I don’t come on here much anymore but happened to see your post this morning!! Keep fighting for that wee one - after many rounds of IVF, I fell pregnant naturally at 41 and our precious wee bundle was born when I was 42! Don’t loose hope!! x

I am hoping the same will happen to us. I have had 7 miscarriages and then tried ivf. I got the embryos tested. I had three blastocysts all good grades and all three came back normal but not a single one implanted. I fell pregnant naturally far easier than ivf with euploid embryos. At least they implanted. I did every test possible ERA, aquascan, microbiome. I’ve just had the last one fail and have given up all hope now at 42 of another child. I have one dd but she is nearly six as we have been trying for a second for 3 years. Ivf doesn’t seem to work for us at all and we are devastated it hasn’t worked with normal embryos. I wish u the most amazing luck…

Read Msze 's thread this morning. Hope is there, I promise. Getting the jitters has got to be normal but you're getting there, one day at a time. Sending big love xxx

Hi hun My first ivf pregnancy with own eggs I was 35 and I went till 39 weeks only because I had a c section due to baby having been in head down.

I’m over 40 when I had transferred last November with my (own eggs ) and I’m currently 37 weeks+ 1 day ( safe full term)and doctor want to leave me till whenever happens. Baby is all ready head down , good size …last week she weight 7lb2oz ….my tummy drop all ready.

I’m bouncing on a ball , drinking raspberry leafs tea and on Monday my midwife will do membrane sweep .

This time I’m hoping for normal delivery so I cannot wait till my due day (20aug) because by then she gonna be “to “ big and they may try induce me with balloon and if that doesn’t work I will end up with c section.

I understand your worry but how long u in safe zone of 37 weeks baby will be fine. Xx

I had a natural pregnancy at 43 with amh of 0.2. He’s now nearly three years old. It can happen you just need one egg. Don’t give up.

Clinic in New York specializes in over 40 IVF.

Oldest Ivf patient almost 48 with her OWN eggs…

Hi me I’ve just had my baby at 41, he’s 9w old I had 3 mmc at 12w then 2 chemical after that between 37-39 Ive a low amh my clinic said ivf would be with donor but they weren’t ready to discuss that route yet and I’d have a better percentage of conceiving naturally still. I struggled to think the pregnancy would go full term, every scan had my anxiety through the roof. Fingers crossed for you one day at a time x
