Hello ladies, does anyone know if you can take Ubíquinol and Omega 3 at the same time? I am looking for things that help blood flow in the uterus for my next fet. Thanks x

I took both at the same time, but stopped Ubiquinol after transfer and continued taking Omega 3. X

Thanks for your reply. Why did you stop Ubiquinol after?

My clinic advised me too. It’s for egg quality mainly, so I didn’t see the need to keep taking it either. Xx

Oh right... I thought it helped with the blood flow in the uterus. I don't, if I buy it now will it make any difference till my fet. Thanks x

Hey Borbolet, have you thought about doing castor oil packs? These are said to increase blood flow to abdomen and reproductive organs. A bit messy but can also be relaxing too!

I never heard abount castor oil packs, I will have a look. I don't know if it would be advised after transfer but maybe before. Thanks for your help x

No definitely not after transfer but before it can help to thicken up the lining. Hope it all goes well anyway xx

Yes- I took both up until 12 weeks of pregnancy on the advice of my naturopath. I then stopped the ubiquinol and she changed me to a different formulation of Omega 3 with more DHA (I think) which was more suitable for second trimester onwards, as your needs change.

Yes I did take for a full year just because I had a full IVF cycle, not only FET 😁

I've heard raspberry leaf tea is good for helping your lining to thicken, it seemed to help me in the run up to my last FET.Good luck
