Sensitive questions: illness/pregnancy

Ok so those who have seen my last few posts will know I’m nearly ten weeks with my IVF twins after several near miscarriage style bleeds. This has continued until last Friday and had my last scan then. A little more bleeding after and was due one this week. However, my lovely boyfriend caught covid at the football and has given it to me (I’m not yet vaxxed as my clinic said to wait till after medication finished). I had sickness anyway which has developed massively due to fever and developed a mild uti which I have antibiotics for due to dehydration. Testing positive for covid now on LF tests and ordered a postal one. Temp was 39 for 48 hours and paracetamol didn’t touch it. Slept with ice packs last night because my skin was on fire. Slightly down today. I’m so worried 😢midwife not got back to me. Because of quarantine I won’t be able to have my scan this week or maybe not next. Anyone had experience of covid or extreme temperatures in early pregnancy and it been ok?

I wish I had some advice, but I just wanted to send big hugs, you must be so worried. Hope everything works out alright xxx
