I am just about to start my 2nd cycle with next week and just received all my paperwork. Last cycle they only retrieved 4 eggs and only one fertilised which didn’t implant. After this the nurse mentioned that they may up my dose of puregon to 300, I was on 200 last time. However, the paperwork is still prescribing 200? Just wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation or whether I should go back and ask about this? Does upping your doses of fsh have the possibility of producing more follicles? Still a bit unclear about it all. Thank you in advance 😊

I would double-check with the clinic, just to feel safe! This time I risked having the wrong doses because the nurse prepared the prescription before the doctor changed the protocol (In her defence: the consultation with the doctor, when the protocol got changed, was only 30mins before the consultation with the nurse, but by going together over the medication list the problem was easily spotted and fixed!)
Hi Violet2121, like already advised double check the prescription with your clinic if you know the prescription is not what you discussed with the doctor.
I once had a missing drug off my list and when I raised it, it was rectified quickly. All the best with your journey 🙏🏾
