Has anyone used Fenugreek supplements to improve sperm quality?

Her acupuncturist recommended them to her and her hubby has seen a great improvement after 4 months of using them.

My hubby tried wellman conception which didn't really help and then our consultant recommended Proxeed & Impryl (on alternative days) which he took for 8 months but result was worse than before he went on them which was confusing.

Hi booboo_gizmo. I would check with your clinic first. I do know that selenium and zinc are known to improve sperm motility, along with a good quality multi vitamin tablet. Diane
