We had 3 mature eggs and all fertilized normally and were looking good on Day 2, apparently. We decided to wait until Day 5 to see if we have any blastocysts, and we'll get a call tomorrow morning if they have to cancel the transfer. Otherwise, I'm having my first fresh transfer tomorrow, since the other two I've had were FET.
Any advice on what to do?? Eat?? Drink???? I try not to go crazy on the superstitious stuff, but I do like to do things like load up on milk, avocado, salmon, sweet potato etc. during stims because I believe it makes a difference.
I'm eating pineapple even though I think it's probably an urban legend.
Anything else??

Hi LuxFleur, lovely to see you back in the saddle and feeling positive - I hope all is well :)Fingers crossed for your transfer... honestly I think if the embryo is a good one and your lining is thick then no amount of pineapple core or pomegranate juice will make any difference - leave it up to your body to do the work. Take it easy for a couple of days after transfer, and keep exercise do low impact stuff, but otherwise just try and relax. Eat healthily and drink lots of water. Good luck! xxx
Thank you Millbanks! My lining was already over 8.2 a week ago, so I think it will be okay. Will definitely take it easy for a few days after. All down to the embryos now I imagine!
