Second frozen cycle...

Hi I’m about to start my second long protocol frozen cycle after a miscarriage last time. My consultant said we are going to do exactly the same with medication. As to exercise, I’m just wondering what others have done? I stopped altogether last time save for walking but now i know the process am tempted to carry on with my usual exercise routine - mainly strength training (3 times per week) until transfer but then not doing any for the 2ww. Also are sit ups safe before the transfer?

Thanks

Nisha

My clinic advised to listen to my body. I am a bit of a cardio junky myself i.e skipping and step aerobics with some weight training or abs whenever I felt like it. I recently did back to back cycles of embryo banking and noticed that my ovaries got too sore to continue after a week of stims. My last cycle, I think I had to stop after only 3 days!

So do listen and do not overdo it but I guess you know your body as you have been through IVF before. I hope it all goes really well. So sorry to hear about your miscarriage by the way. Hope this cycle turns out positive 🙏🏾
